You t find this on Google Street view though, nothing that even looks like it, this building has recently has a miraculous makeover, what it used to look like at the end of this post

I bet this was the underground parking for the building at one time, maybe a very old car garage where mechanics fixed cars. That paved access to the lower level is real nice and handy
